Mr. Greg Geletka – Chief Executive Officer, CEO
Mr. Geletka has over 40 years of real estate equity, finance and management experience in the U.S. and internationally. He is currently the CEO of Pallasio Capital L.P. and recently served as President of Progeny Capital Advisors and the Chief Operating Officer of Amstar Global Advisors, whose Denver-based parent is Amstar Group, LLC. Amstar Global co-developed and manages $335 Million of private equity assets. Prior to joining Amstar he was the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of CIT Commercial Finance where he was responsible for analyzing strategic investment direction and credit risk associated with structured real estate debt and equity.
From 1983 to 1990, he was the Executive Vice President of Stiles Corporation, Fort Lauderdale, FL where he directed the operations of all the organization’s vertically integrated commercial real estate activities. In 1990, he formed a de novo real estate finance operation for U. S. West Financial Services, a subsidiary of one of the “Baby Bell” telephone companies. He and his team built a $1.5 Billion real estate debt portfolio, and as a Group President, Mr. Geletka held responsibility for several divisions including the Golf and Recreational finance group, which established a marina finance team. While at U. S. West, he also was responsible for the Asset Management and strategic liquidation of a six million square foot portfolio of internally developed office and hospitality properties. Mr. Geletka subsequently formed another de novo real estate unit in 1997 for Mercedes Benz Financial Services and was later named President and Chief Operating Officer of the merged $9 Billion DaimlerChrysler Capital Services. The $2 Billion real estate business included approximately $150 Million in marina financing.
Mr. Geletka is a former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. Under his direction in 2005, the platform originated $1.06 Billion of multi-family loans for sale to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Before joining DBBM he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of DaimlerChrysler Capital Services, a $9 Billion worldwide commercial finance company, until the parent company sold its non-automotive assets in 2003. Mr. Geletka was also a Group President of NationsCredit Commercial Corporation and the Executive Vice President of Stiles Development Corporation, a Fort Lauderdale, FL based commercial real estate development company . Mr. Geletka received a B.A. from Westminster College and training at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University ‘s School of Mortgage Banking.
Mr. Billy Collins – Chief Operating Officer, COO
Mr. Collins has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate construction, development, underwriting, investment analysis, management, sales, marketing, and finance fields. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pallasio Capital L.P. Mr. Collins has worked extensively with multiple Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 real estate development firms both publicy traded and privately held. Areas of speciality expertise include multi-family apartment assets Stabilized Class A and B, Value-Add Class B and C, Student Housing, Marina, Retail, and Office Assets. Mr. Collins has actively participated in multiple associations/councils including CCIM, NAHB, MFHE, participated in the development of over $400MM of real estate assets and is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg VA.

Mr. Grasso has enjoyed a very successful career in the finance and commercial real estate industries spanning over four decades with an industry focus on marina acquisitions, due diligence, underwriting, valuations, and investment grade analysis. He is widely regarded as one of the nations leading authorities in the marina industry. His accomplishments included CEO of Washington Suburban Mortgage Finance with multiple offices across the East Coast US, Co-Trustee of Mid-Atlantic REIT, President and Chairman of Florida Banc, Marketing Director for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, President and Chairman of Grasso Realty Group (a Sperry Van Ness Affiliate for the Mid-Atlantic US), and currently serves as National Chairman for the Sperry Van Ness Marina Division. He also serves as a Finance, Marina, and Commercial Real Estate industry expert Teacher and Speaker at many of the nations top Universities and Colleges.
